What we collect
- Account data such as your email address and sign-in identifiers.
- Workspace data such as saved tables, prompts, rows, columns, and usage counters.
- Billing data such as customer, checkout, subscription, and invoice references.
- Operational data such as basic analytics events, request timestamps, and error logs.
How we use your data
- To sign you in, recover your workspace, and keep saved tables tied to your account.
- To run discovery, enrichment, and optional live-table monitoring workflows.
- To process payments, enforce trial and plan limits, and provide billing support.
- To secure the product, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures.
Service providers
EnrichAnything relies on third-party service providers to run the product, including providers that support authentication, billing, hosting, analytics, and data retrieval. These providers only receive the information needed to perform those services for us.
Retention
We retain account, workspace, and billing metadata for as long as your account remains active or as needed to meet tax, fraud-prevention, and legal obligations. You can request deletion of saved workspace data by emailing support.
Your choices
- You can stop using the service at any time.
- You can request account or saved-data deletion by contacting support.
- You can manage paid subscriptions through the in-app billing portal when available.
